of the luggage if there is too much luggage for a vehicle to carry a luggage
van will be provide at a cost of $50 one-Way or $100 for the roundtrip.
IMPORTANT
NLS Policies:
Reservations Rates and Gratuity: Reservations are booked
one-way, roundtrip or on hourly basis. Rates are based on an hourly rate,
per transfer rate or roundtrip rate. Roundtrip Airport Transfers will
receive better rates. The vehicles have a minimum booking time of
2 hours or more depending on the event. If you extend your time you will
be charged the hourly rate of the vehicle or vehicles reserved. A 20%
surcharge will automatically be charged to all bookings for gratuity &
taxes.
Vehicle Capacity:
Vehicle will not carry more than the specified amount of persons.
NLS reserves the right to determine if a luggage van is required base
on the amount of passengers, the amount luggage and the sizes of luggage
due to vehicle capacity, space and weight limits.
Wait Time: The vehicles rates do not
include Wait Time; this is the hourly rate of the vehicle(s) reserved.
Clients will be charged for the driver waiting past the first hour of
your scheduled pick up time. Clients have one hour grace for airport arrivals
only. Wait Time will also be charged for any additional stops the driver
makes that is not a part of the original booking agreement. If delayed
please call in advance to avoid being charge the hourly rate. Additional
Stops for Airport Arrivals to the Grocery Store or Liquor Store are $50
for 30 minutes per stop.
Methods of Payment: Cash, and Credit
Cards "We accept Visa & MasterCard only". All bookings
must be reserved by credit card including when paying by cash.
Credits cards are charged on Arrival or Service Date. Some
services may require deposits upon booking. Roundtrip clients will receive
a copy of their credit card receipt on departure. All other services will
receive a copy by email. Cash customers' credit cards will not be charged
unless there is Late Cancellation or a No-Show.
Cancellations: Cancellations must
be made by phone only. Cancellations must be 48 hours in advanced to avoid
being charged a $50.00 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations made after 24 hours
or on the day of arrival, departure or service will be subjected to the
one-way rate/hourly rate of the vehicle reserved. All cancellations must
be made by phone only. If clients would like to reschedule within 3 months
the $50 cancellation fee can be applied to the future booking. This is
only applicable to those clients that are charged the $50 fee; these clients
would have to have made cancellation between 47 and 24 hours. Appling
cancellation fees to future bookings for those clients who made cancellations
after 24 hours is decided on case by case basis by the Booking Supervisor
only.
Wedding: Wedding Packages are book
for 3 ½ hours minimum. If the wedding goes over the booked time,
the additional hour(s) will be charged by the hourly rate of each vehicle
used. Cancellations with less than 14 days noticed, will be billed for
35% of the wedding package total. Any changes to the info please make
sure the booking agent is advised well in advance or 14days before the
wedding, faulting to do so will result in job being null and void. Any
damage to any of the vehicles during the wedding will result in the clients
paying for all damages. Weddings require a non refundable deposit of $200
dollars to confirm date. The balance must be paid 2 weeks before the wedding
date. The Rolls Royce only services weddings, proms & special events
no airport transfers.
Proms: Prom Rate Packages are to 2
hrs maximum includes a dressing location pick up to the photo studio then
a final drop off at prom. Non package hourly rates available 3 hours minimum.
